Apparel and Product SHIPPING POLICY

When will I receive my order?

All orders are made to order. The standard processing time on most items is approximately 5-7 business days and once the processing is finalized, the shipment time is approximately 3-5 business days. Some orders may arrive sooner than the standard shipment time due to geographic location. All customers will receive a tracking number for each order submitted once it has been processed.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to customers throughout the United States of America, its Territories and Canada.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we only offer standard shipping. Orders will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days.

What is the cost of shipping?

All domestic (U.S. and its Territories) orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $12.99 per item. All orders to Canada have a flat rate shipping cost of $15.99 per item.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC’s return policy is as follows:

  1. Returned items are only allowed due to manufacturer defect and/or design defect. Clothing items MUST be unworn, unstained, unscented and retain all original tags. Returns are not permitted due to the customer no longer wanting the item(s.) Please note: each garment is made-to-order and therefore, personalized for the individual customer’s order.

  2. Customers requesting a return should email the company (The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC) at info@theunlearningproject.org immediately within the first 3 business days after receiving their order. The email must describe in detail the reason for the exchange and contain photographs of the issue. (Please note: all products and orders are reviewed with the distributor prior to shipment to ensure quality control.) Customers must confirm in their email in writing that the item(s) they wish to return has not been worn, stained, nor tampered with in any manner, this also includes scents, including perfumes, oils, body mists/sprays, etc. Please note: customers should NOT contact the company via social media direct messenger to convey the issue. All questions should be sent to info@theunlearningproject.org.

  3. If the photos and description of the problem meet the requirements, The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will provide the customer with return instructions. Once the returned item(s) has successfully arrived at the distribution center, an order for exchange of the exact item will be processed.

REFUND POLICY

  1. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC offers an exchange of equal monetary value of the defective item the customer requests to return. If the customer refuses an exchange, a refund will not be issued.

  2. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will only issue a refund to a verified customer if there is a product defect reported with the second shipment of the exchanged item. The customer MUST report the defect of the exchanged item within 24 hours of receiving the item.

LOST SHIPMENT

  1. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC works closely with distributors and couriers to ensure all deliveries are shipped directly and safely to the customer at the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If a customer’s package is lost during transit, the customer must alert the company, (The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC,) immediately via email at info@theunlearningproject.org. Please note: customers should not contact the company via social media direct messenger to convey the issue.

  2. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will thoroughly investigate the shipping issue and provide the customer with detailed updates of the shipment from the courier.

  3. If the courier cannot locate the item, The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will:

    1. File a claim with the courier.

    2. Issue an exchange of the item(s) within the original order to the customer within 48 hours or 2 business days following the courier’s confirmation of the lost and untraceable package.

    3. If the customer does not want an exchange of the exact items that were lost in transit, The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will issue a refund.

  4. NOTE: The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the customer’s delivery address, provided at the time of purchase. Customers are strongly encouraged to retrieve their delivered packages as soon as they are delivered to reduce the occurrences of theft and/or tampering with the package.

RESELL & REDISTRIBUTION

  1. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC does not authorize the reselling or redistribution of any of its products on any e-commerce sites, social media e-commerce sites, nor in brick-and-mortar (e.g. physical stores) under any circumstances. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will administer legal action from the company’s legal representative should any of its products be sold or redistributed in any aforementioned manner.

  2. All designs on each product is the original design of the owner of The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC and are thus, copyright protected. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC does not allow nor authorize the reprinting or copying of any of its designs, under any circumstances. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC will administer legal action from the company’s legal team if any of its product designs are copied and reprinted in any manner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All products (e.g. apparel) from The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC are made-to-order and customized to the individual’s customers order. Once an order is submitted to The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC, the order is automatically processed through our distributor.

The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC encourages all customers to thoroughly review their orders before submission. The UNLEARNing Project®, LLC only allows an update to a customer’s order, not a cancellation, if there is a problem with the following:

  1. Incorrect shipping address

  2. Incorrect Recipient’s name

  3. Incorrect Recipient’s contact number

Customers should email al-Kīmiyā aakemaj, LLC at info@theunlearningproject.org within one hour after submitting an order if there is an error to ensure it is immediately resolved.
